Joint Pain Therapy



Therapy means curing and healing. Joint pain can be caused due to injury, affecting ligaments or tendons surrounding the joints. Pain within a joint is a common factor of knee pain, shoulder pain, arthritis, and ankle pain. Joint pain therapy includes medications, surgery and physical therapy. Knee joint is the largest joint in the body; knee pain can be caused by fracture or dislocation of kneecap etc. Treatment for knee pain is 1st aid measures, bracing, rest, manual therapies (massage, mobilization, and manipulation) physical therapies, or may be sometimes surgery. Shoulder pain occurred shoulder bursitis, shoulder fracture, frozen shoulder etc. Cure for shoulder pains are pendulum exercises, physical therapies.
